We will perform scheduled maintenance on Thursday 28th of January 2021between 9:00h and 17:00h CET.
During maintenance thegood.cloud services might be shortly unavailable. The expectation is that there will be 10 to 15 minutes downtime. During the downtime the webpage and mobile clients won't be able to make a connection. Also, the synchronization desktop client will not be able to make a connection. However, when the downtime is over, the desktop client will automatically reconnect without any user interaction: No user action is needed. If files need to be accessible during the downtime, we recommend setting up the desktop synchronization client. This way the desktop client will automatically reconnect to thegood.cloud services and any changes to the files will be automatically uploaded.
